Poncho Mexican street food was created by Jenny Rojas-Martinez, Jenny was born in Puebla Mexico and created Poncho from the passion to cook. 4TK Australia was founded by Ricky Hall, Ricky was a Chef in his younger days and has worked in Hospitality since he was 15. Jenny has set her sights on moving to Queensland and needed someone to take on the Melbourne business, this aligned with the business operations of 4TK to help kids gain work experience and to help act as a funding support to 4TK Australia. All proceeds will go to the day to day operations of 4TK AUSTRALIA LIMITED.
